He was an award-winning financial advisor at Merrill Lynch within the firm’s largest territory and also served as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, supporting high-net-worth clients on some of the largest and top-performing teams at both firms, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Following finance, James founded and scaled an award-winning multi-state, seven-figure luxury services business, building the operational systems, teams, and processes required for sustained growth and national recognition. This dual expertise in institutional finance and entrepreneurial operations informs his work with founders today.
